The Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma currently offers two formats for marriage preparation. The first is the Catholic Engaged Encounter weekends. The second is an on-line marriage preparation course through CatholicMarriagePrep.org.

We strongly encourage you to attend the in-person Catholic Engaged Encounter retreat weekend, but if your situation requires the online preparation, please talk with your pastor preparing you for marriage and get signed up.

Catholic Engaged Encounter (CEE) Weekends in English & Spanish
- Practical and Spiritual preparation for marriage
- Holy Mass, Confession and Eucharistic Adoration
- Witness of Catholic married couples
- Rooted in Church Teaching
- Focused on individual-couple discussions (no group work)
- Social time with other engaged couples at meals and evenings.

Retreat Location: The Chancery of the Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma
Hotel: Stoney Creek Hotel (Broken Arrow, OK)
Cost: $250 per couple and includes hotel accommodations
You will be paired with another retreatant of the same sex in a double room. Accommodations include hot breakfast, hot coffee and tea 24/7, bar lounge with pool table, swimming pool, fitness center, and comfortable lounging areas to have conversation with your future spouse or other couples (new friends) in the evenings.
