teenFEMM is a knowledge based health program for young women that teaches them to understand and monitor hormonal and other indicators of their health.
- Girls 12-18 years old; mothers encouraged to attend
- Saturday January 20, 2024 from 8 am to 5 pm

5. Brain, Emotions & Lifestyle & Healthy Habits for a Healthy Body
