The Sacraments

The active life of the Church grows out of the sacraments instituted by Jesus Christ. In the sacraments, we experience an outpouring of God's grace into our lives. They are our life in the Church. The Diocese of Tulsa and Eastern Oklahoma strives to form the faithful in preparation for receiving the sacraments in order to be missionary disciples. 

The sacraments are an outward and visible sign of an inward and invisible grace. The seven (7) sacraments are: Baptism, Confirmation, Holy Eucharist, Reconciliation, Anointing of the Sick, Holy Orders, and Matrimony.
